How to upgrade firmware/software of the device?

It is advisable to upgrade the firmware of the device whenever available. You will see notification in Rocky Mountain App whenever new firmware is available. To upgrade the firmware,

Be closer to the lock(within 3 feet) and turn on phone's bluetooth

• Open Rocky Mountain App
• Select device from Product & Network Devices list(Slider menu->Product & Network Devices)
• Go to Settings from the bottom menu option
• Select Control -> About Product ->Select Firmware Upgrade
• Rocky Mountain App will download latest firmware and install in the device
• The process will take about a minute, please do not cancel the process or do not kill the app

After successful update, the device will be ready within a minute to be used with new features
