I keep getting Error: Communication lost with lock

If you're getting error 267/268 or communication error while operating lock then please follow this,

1. Go to your phone's settings -->Turn of Bluetooth and wait for 30 secs -> Turn it on
2. Retry operating your device

If you're an Android phone user then see this note:

After new OS upgrade in Android phone, sometimes bluetooth stops working properly. The app shows error on bluetooth communication everytime you operate the lock. Please check that you're within bluetooth range of the lock(Approx. 10 feet) and if you're still getting this error, please follow this on your Android phone:

1. Go to Phone Settings > Apps & notifications > App info.
2. Tap on the 3-dot overflow menu on the top-right and tap on Show system.
3. Scroll down and Tap on “Bluetooth”.
4. Now, press “Storage” and select “CLEAR DATA”
