Device can be removed from your account either using SmartEntry App or Portal

To remove using SmartEntry App,

• Launch the app, 
• Select device from the list(Slider Menu->Products & Network Devices)
• Go to Device Settings from the bottom menu
• Select the device's remove button, represented by a trash can icon on upper right corner, to permanently remove the device from your account

To remove using SmartEntry Portal,

• Login to Portal https://portal.accuratelockandhardware.com
• Go to Devices 
• Select the device's remove button, represented by a trash can icon on upper right corner, to permanently remove the device from your account.

Note: It is advisable to use SmartEntry app for removing device when you're closer to the device. This will ensure that all users are removed from the device. If you do from the Portal or the app when device is not closer, your keyfob users will still have access to the device
