SmartEntry devices can be operated remotely if you've,
- Bridge device in your account
- Bridge has internet connectivity with SmartEntry server
- Device is connected to bridge
To see if your device is online and available to operate remotely,
Open SmartEntry app, look for Network Status on home screen device. It should be green
- Alternately, you can verify on portal as well,
- Go to Portal -> Devices, click on device from the list, look for connection status and signal strength
