Error 30/Error 31 | The device is busy performing request from other user, please wait and retry after sometime |
Error 32/Error 33/Error 34 | The device is not directly reachable and app has tried to operate via other Zerv Access device. The app received communication error while performing this indirect operation. Please try to operate device again. |

The device was failed to start firmware upgrade mode. Please try again. If problem persist, please submit an issue(Zerv Access App-->Help--> Submit the issue) |

This device is set not to be operated using bluetooth. Please contact support |

The device is busy in doing other operation. Please retry after sometime |
Error 68 |
The device is set on vacation mode, hence can not be operated. If you want to operate the device then please turn off the vacation mode from, Zerv Access App -->Select device --> settings --> Control --> Vacation Mode Note: Please make sure you're within bluetooth range of the device |

The device has to calibrate before operating. Please Calibrate the device by one of the following option 1. Using keycode #123456# 2. By operating the device using bluetooth. When you try to operate the device from phone, app will ask you to calibrate if it not calibrated |
