Notes:
1. Standard location of mortise lock is determined by placing the lever or knob 36" above finish floor. However, this may be adjusted for special applications.
2. This bore specifications is applicable for 2 1/2" or 2 3/4" backset mortise locks.
3. This face bore does not work for E207, E211, or E821. These escutcheons require a 7/8" face bore.
4. This face bore does not work for E10016. These escutcheons require a 1 5/8" face bore 1 7/16" down from center line of lock.
5. This bore specification will not work with E10101.
6. It may be necessary to trim the top escutcheons mounting screws for 2 1/4" and less door thickness that fall within the edge bore, to avoid interference with internal components.

3. This face bore does not work for E209, or E823. These escutcheons require a 7/8" face bore.
4. This face bore does not work for E10018. These escutcheons require a 1 5/8" face bore 1 7/16" down from center line of lock.
5. This bore specification will not work with E10101.
6. It may be necessary to trim the top escutcheons mounting screws for 2 1/4" and less door thickness that fall within the edge bore, to avoid interference with internal components.

Download RMHWireless App

To start using the RMHWireless lock, download the app from Apple store or Google Play store by searching RMHWireless and look for following logo:

Create an Account


• Οpen RMHWireless App	Tap on Create New Account.

Provide requested information.	Click on red locator icon to populate your current address automatically, or you can also enter it manually.

You will receive a verification email once you have created an account. (Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a verification email in your inbox.)

First Time Set Up Instructions


To set up your RMHWireless lock for the first time, click on + sign in middle of the screen.	Select the Setup Product option from upper left corner slider menu.

Select Rocky Mountain Lock from the product list.	Select Installation Guide/Installation Video for more installation information, or click Continue.

• Select the Serial # of your lock from the list provided. • If the Serial # does not appear in the list, please select the Scan QR Code option from bottom of the screen. • QR Code label will be located in the package of lock.	● Choose Product Physical Location from the list, or you may give the location a name by selecting the Other option. ● Choose Product Name (Lock Name) from the list or you may give your choice of name by selecting Other option. ● Select Time Zone of the lock. (This is required for user schedules.)
	After successful registration, you will see the home screen of the app.

RMHWireless App

Features + Functions

Menu	This menu provides options for third party product integration, user preferences and log out
Door Name	This is name given to the lock while setting up the product. This can be changed by tapping on it
Status & Operation	This shows current status of lock. Lock can be operated by tapping this button. (If an exclamation point (!) pops up above and to the right of the Status/Operation button, this indicates that latch is not fully extended and may mean that door is not closed. Thus, the door cannot be locked or unlocked until the error is corrected.)
Battery	Current battery status of the lock. We recommend changing it when battery life drops to 20%.
E Mode	Instantly turns off lock operation by phone, key fob or other electronic device. When this mode is set to off, outside handle automatically locks and stays locked. From the outside, the key is required for entry while on the inside the lever is always free for egress.
Settings	Device settings can be accessed or modified from here. This also has an option for Firmware Upgrades when available.
Events	All operations are recorded and can be viewed from here. More events can be viewed on the client portal by scrolling at end of page and tapping on option to view events on server.
Users	Easily allow access to friends and family in this section of the app. They can be scheduled to have access to operate at specific times and intervals.
Help	This section of the app offers user guides, FAQs, feedback, Submitting an issue and more.

Control Lock Settings

The RMHWireless lock provides different device settings which can be configurable per your needs.

Battery	Battery type and current percentage is displayed.
Auto Re-locked	When Auto Re-locked is enabled, RMHWireless will relock door after you unlock it.
Auto Lock Timer	If Auto Re-locked is enabled, door will relock after the amount of time specified. The timer value can be customized.
Electronic Mode	Instantly turns off lock operation by phone, key fob or another electronic device. A key is then required to gain entry from outside.
Delete Product	Deletes the product from account, and the device will be factory reset. It is desirable that you stay in Bluetooth range of the lock while deleting in order to delete fob users.
About Product	This option has details about RMHWireless products and other options explained in the next section.

About Product

Product Name	This is name that you give to your RMHWireless lock. This can be edited in this section of the app or you may also change it from the home screen by tapping on the Product Name.
Firmware Upgrade	Whenever new firmware is available, it can be upgraded from here. This requires connection via Bluetooth.
Factory Reset	If you want to reset the lock as factory default, then click here. Caution: This will erase all settings and users.
Device Information	Device Serial Number, Hardware Version, Software Version

Events

This section keeps a log of those who electronically accessed RMHWireless with corresponding time stamps. The app shows a recent list of events. When you click on Tap Here to See More Events, the app takes you to the RMHWireless Portal where you can see a list of all events.

User Management


Inviting friends and family to access the lock is easy. Guest Users can be scheduled to operate the lock during specific times and days.	Enter the new Guest User’s First and Last names. Then click on Save.

By clicking on the + sign, you can add a profile picture of the Guest User.	Select the User Devices you want to give access to. When you select mobile, you must provide the Guest User’s email address and phone number. (Note: The Guest User must download the RMHWireless app and create their own account with this same email address.)

Setting up a Schedule


Select the schedule for your Guest User. You may provide 24/7 or chose from several other options. • Select Schedule and mark the bottom checkbox if you want to use same schedule for all user devices for this user.	As an alternative, you may set the Guest User’s schedule to operate the lock a limited number of times.

Also, you may set a Guest User’s daily schedule to operate during specific times of day.	You may set the schedule to operate on weekdays or just weekends.

You may schedule a Guest User’s access for specific date duration.	Upon tapping Save, the app will start the Guest User Registration process.

Adding a Key Fob


When adding a user device, if you’ve selected Key Fob, this is next screen. You may add a Key Fob later on by editing the Guest User from User Management.	Press any key on the Key Fob to start configuration process.

All keys will be listed with their current assignment of any lock. You can choose any key from the list. If you choose key which is already assigned to a lock, it will be overridden with new assignment.	Select the operation you want to do via Key Fob.

Once you select the key and operation, the Key Fob will be ready to operate the lock.	You will see the newly added Guest User in the user list under User Management.

Editing a User


Select Guest User from list of users from within User Management.	This shows user devices currently used by a Guest User to operate the lock. Select the user device you want to edit.

Mobile user device detail will allow you to change both their profile and schedule. Click on clock icon to edit the schedule. Click on Delete Mobile to delete the device.	Key Fob user device detail will allow you to choose allowed operation and schedule. The Key Fob supports Firmware upgrades whenever available. Click on Delete Keyfob to delete the device.
	Tap the desired Guest User icon for 5 seconds and you will see a cross-mark on user profile. Click on this user to remove his/her access to the RMHWireless lock.

Help Center


The Help Center provides options to troubleshoot problems or contact support.	The User Guide includes the installation guide, Quick Start with RMHWireless App, product set up, etc.

Under FAQ, Explore Frequently Asked Questions and their answers.	If you run into a problem, tap on Submit an Issue, provide brief description and tap Send.
