Why SR Hickory Device is added or removed automatically from my smartphone? 
This case will be observed in case of invited users. If Admin will add or remove SR Hickory Device in his/her account, then it will be affected in invited users. This process is running in back ground so it will be affected when Hickory Smart App will get data from SRP.

My SR Hickory Device firmware upgrade is failed and gave error. What should I do?

Please be close to your SR Hickory Device and follow these steps

• Launch Hickory Smart App
• Go to Device tab and select SR Hickory Device which requires firmware upgrade
• Go to Settings --> About SR Hickory Device --> Firmware Upgrade
• It will ask you for the force upgrade as earlier it was failed. Click on yes and it will start upgrade

Why I am getting Unauthorized User Error? 
This case will be generated if Admin has deleted/removed SR Hickory Device or User. Invited user will try to operate SR Hickory Device, which is deleted/removed by Admin, and then Unauthorized User Error will come.

I have replaced batteries recently and it shows 0% battery in application
Please check batteries mounting and make sure none of them is mounted reverse.
