This is how you can verify if the ZECHO range Extender is installed properly/is in network/is connected,
Verify through LED indication,
- Only Green LED of power will be steady and another LEDs turn off
Verify through PDQ Smart App,
- Go to Slider menu -> Product & Network Devices-> Select ZECHO Range Extender from list
- On Home screen, you will be able to see the status of SR Repeater in SR Network
- Also, it shows Connected SR PDQ Device(s) list. Please ensure that your device is listed in connected list. If it does not show then please move Range Extender closer to the lock and check the RSSI
Verify through PDQ Portal,
Login to PDQ portal -> Devices ->Select Range Extender from the list. The device detail screen will show the status
