Please be close to your SR PDQ Device and follow these steps
- Launch the PDQ Smart App
- Click on slider menu upper left corner and select "Products & Network Devices"
- Select SR PDQ Device which requires a firmware upgrade
- Go to Settings --> About SR PDQ Device --> Firmware Upgrade
- The app will try again to upgrade
