If you don’t see your lock in application, possibly reason can be one of this:
- You’re scheduled to operate the lock only during specific time. If you’re administrator of the lock, then please check schedule by login to the portal
- You may not have any access control rule in the account. There must be at least one access control rule enabled in the account. Please login to portal and verify under Access Control
- Your lock might be set to disable and hence unable to see the lock. Please login to portal and verify under Devices
