Please ensure,
- Your phone has internet connectivity
- You have access to operate it remotely(check with administrator of the lock)
- The home screen of the devices shows that device is in network
- The device is within range of the bridge and connected. To verify,
- Go to Products & Network Devices from the upper left slider menu
- Select ZBRG Bridge from Network Devices list and find the lock in the connected list. If the lock is in disconnected list then you will not be able to operate it remotely
- If the lock does not stay connected to the bridge, we will suggest to buy ZECHO Range Extender. Please contact support for more detail
