How to factory reset the device or transfer ownership?

There are two ways to transfer ownership of the device,

Factory Reset and register under new account. To factory reset,
- Press #HiddenCode# on the Safe device
- Press #HiddenCode# on Lock device
Delete from the current account with one of the option from below and register under new account
- Launch the FirstWatch Smart App->Select device from the screen to be deleted ->Go to settings from the bottom menu ->click on delete icon on upper right corner.
- Go to FirstWatch portal -> click on delete icon against the device name
