To delete any user device using the FirstWatch App, please follow these steps:
- Launch FirstWatch Smart App
- Select Users
icon from the bottom menu - Select user from which user device has to be deleted
- Swipe left on the user device name to delete
Note: You can also delete user device from the portal.
- Please login to https://portal.firstwatchsafe.com/Authenticate
- Select Users from the top menu
- Click on delete icon
