How to delete/remove user codes and fob users from the device?

There are three ways to delete/remove all users:

Launch the FirstWatch Smart App -> go to "Users" from bottom menu -> delete users by swiping left on user name
Go to FirstWatch user portal -> login -> users -> click on delete icon against user name
From the keypad of the device,
- Press & hold unlock(or #) button and apply power - This option will reset Master PIN to 123456
- Press & hold interior button and apply power - This option will reset Master PIN to 123456
- Press *PIN#

Please note that, the mobile users will remain as is when using option 3 from above.
