I'm getting Error 73/Error 74/Error 75

The Proxy device can not find the FirsWatch device. Please make sure,

  1. The FirstWatch Device is powered on
  2. The proxy device is within 10 feet of the FirstWatch Device
  3. try to operate the device again

If problem persist, please submit an issue(FirstWatch Smart App-->Help--> Submit the issue)
