How to factory reset/default FirstWatch Device?

You can factory reset the FirstWatch device by any of the following option,

  1. Press & hold interior button of the lock and apply power
  2. Press & hold unlock(or #) button and apply power
  3. Press #HiddenCode# on the keypad
  4. Launch FirstWatch Smart App ->Select device from the home screen -> settings -> About SR Device -> Factory Reset

Note that performing factory reset will not remove your device from your account but your able to register this device in any other account as fresh device.
