I have accidentally cancelled the firmware upgrade process, what should I do? OR Firmware upgrade failed for some reason and can not operate my Safe anymore.

If you have killed First Watch Guardian App during the firmware upgrade process or cancel process or process is failed, please follow these steps to recover the device

  1. Open First Watch Guardian App
  2. Select device from the screen
  3. Go to Settings from the bottom menu option
  4. Select Control -> Advanced Settings ->Select Firmware Upgrade
  5. If this gives a connection error then follow step:4 again
