I'm getting error 90 saying Two-Factor Authentication failed

You have enabled Two-Factor Authentication which allows to authorized user to be present same time to operate the Safe. The other user can be keycode, USB or mobile user.

You can disable this features from Settings->Features->Two-Factor Authentication if you're admin
