App is showing meesage to Turn on Bluetooth

Though my phone’s settings shows bluetooth on, the app is still asking to turn on bluetooth. This happens with iOS 13 and latest android phones. Please go to phone’s settings->look for pdqSMART-STP App->Tap on the app ->Enable Bluetooth here

Now open pdqSMART-STP App and operate the lock. If problem persists, submit a ticket from pdqSMART-STP App->Help->Submit an issue
