How to upgrade firmware/software of the device?

It is advisable to upgrade the firmware of the device whenever available. You will see notification in pdqSMART-STP App whenever new firmware is available. To upgrade the firmware,

Be closer to the lock(within 3 feet) and turn on phone's bluetooth

• Open pdqSMART-STP App
• Select device from Product & Network Devices list(Slider menu->Product & Network Devices)
• Go to Settings from the bottom menu option
• Select Control -> About Product ->Select Firmware Upgrade
• pdqSMART-STP App will download latest firmware and install in the device
• The process will take about a minute, please do not cancel the process or do not kill the app

After successful update, the device will be ready within a minute to be used with new features
