If you have killed pdqSMART STP App during firmware upgrade process oror has pressed "cancel" button, Please follow these steps to recover the device
- Open pdqSMART STP App
- Select device from Product & Network Devices list(Slider menu->Product & Network Devices)
- Go to Settings from the bottom menu option
- Select Control -> About Product ->Select Firmware Upgrade
- If this gives connection error then follow step:4 again
If problem persist, Go to Help menu->Submit an issue
