I'm getting Error 89

The lock you're trying to operate has Dual Authentication On. This will require another authorised user to be connected with lock.

If you're the only user now, please turn on Dual Authentication from pdqSMART-STP App->Select your Lock-> Control ->Disable Dual Authentication
